Girls on the Run© is a non-profit prevention program that encourages girls in grades 3-8 to develop self-respect and healthy lifestyles through running. Our curricula address all aspects of girls' development - their physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being.

Coach Training Dates Please call or email us to sign-up for your training. Each training session is limited to 20 participants - first come, first served! Advance sign-up for trainings is required. Please note: new coaches must have a Coach Application on file in order to sign up for training.
